Once made, all orders can't be canceled while in progress. If your order hasn't been dispatched and is still in our warehouse, then it can be canceled. If it has been picked up by our courier service, then it may or may not be liable to cancellation while in progress.
In case the product received doesn't fit you properly, or it has any defect, then it can be returned.
